I am "SUPER EXCITED"!

All of you know what a huge fan I am of The Bachelor/Bachelorette and I am "Super Excited" that Jillian picked Ed!
Ed is SUPER cute and they make a gorgeous couple!
I really, really, really hope they stay together because I'm sick of being disappointed by these people. (i.e. Jason Mesnick and basically all the other bachelors)

Not that any of this really matters but what can I say. . . . . life in Lovelock is a little slow right now so I'm living life through reality television and more specifically Jillian Harris because GOSH Ed is a hottie.:) Though I was NOT a huge fan of the short green swim shorts!

Lots of Fun in Texas!!

Oh boy. . . did we have fun! What a great trip!!
* * *
We were welcomed with open arms by our niece & nephew (Jenna & Sammy). These two have the cutest personalities.

And along with their parents they introduced us to the best pizza we've EVER had! This place was delicious and better yet......they give the kids dough to play with.:) YUUUMMMMYYYYY!!

Did I mention that these kids are quite the little hams??

And Jenna is such a little fasionista! She had just gotten this hat and already had so many compliments on it! She was on cloud nine.:)
* * *
Note: You'll notice that in most of these pictures our faces look wet & shiny. . . . that is because it is rediculously humid in Texas! Beautiful. . . . but humid!:)

The wedding festivities started with the rehearsal dinner. We reunited with family that we rarely get to see and had some Texas BBQ.

Not to mention lots of fun and goofing off.:)

(My parents are awesome!)

Next on the list of wedding plans was the actual wedding.
It was a beautiful Catholic ceremony and the bride looked gorgeous! Erin and Jeff make such a cute couple!

* * *
And we let it all loose at the 50's inspired reception!

. . . . . serious we did!

Too bad this isn't a video because he really is singing "A slinky, a slinky......"
My dad is a fun guy!:)

. . . . . And this is my grandma hanging dice on my grandma's ear.:)

Check out Danny & Sandy. . . . . . Grease reunited!

Oh this is the best picture ever. . . . . . .
my mom the hula queen!

. . . . . . and I came in a close second. . . . . . . hula princess maybe.

What a fun reception!

We also had a really great time hanging out with Bryce's sister Teri and her family.
They were wonderful hosts!!
Here are the many faces of Sammy Cisneros.
#1- The Cheeser

#2- The Crane

#3- The Super Cute Nephew :)

The Red Sox games were a blast! Of course it was hot & humid but we were sitting 20 rows up from the Red Sox dug-out! Great seats!

The game was super fun even though the Red Sox lost.:( My parents enjoyed their 1st game anyway!

* * *
Actually it was so fun. . . . . we had to go again the next night.

Again. . . . . it was a fun night!

And again, we have shiny faces cause it was so so humid! Blah!

It was one of those vacations where we were just dreaded coming home. We had such a great time! We love Texas!!

Bring On the Summer Vacations!

Our first vacation starts Thursday in Dallas, Texas. I know it doesn't sound like the most popular place to vacation but we're looking forward to it! The original purpose in going to Texas was to attend my cousin's wedding but it just so happens that Bryce's sister Teri and her family live there so we'll get to hang out with them too. So. . . lots o' family time, touring Dallas, celebrating love, and
not one but TWO Red Sox games. . . . . .

. . . . . should make for a great trip!

And as soon as we get back from Texas I've got to drive 3 hours into the mountains in Elko, Nevada, to be with my Young Women at Girl's Camp.

Vacation #2 will be in beautiful Lake Tahoe! Bryce and I decided that we need to spend more time there because it's so amazing. So we called up our friends that live in Gardnerville, which is only 1/2 an hour from one of the beautiful beaches of Tahoe, and planned a weekend mini vaca.

Then shortly after our mini vaca will start vacation #3- - a trip to Utah for one of my bestest friend's wedding reception in Moab then a little camping with the fam in Colorado! A little relaxing, fishing, and card playing in the mountains with the sound of the river in the background. Doesn't get much better than that!

Oh I love summer vacations!!
(Hopefully some great pictures to follow each one of these vacations.)
