I decided to head back to work after taking, a very generous,
9 months off.
Are you surprised that I wasn't excited??
The worst part about going back to work was leaving my Roman for a 12 hour shift.:(

Can you tell how sad he is to have a boys night with daddy?:)
I feel so blessed to be a full-time mom and to have such a flexible career. One night a week away from my boys will be more than enough. :)

So wonderful that you can leave Roman with Bryce. You have the best of both worlds!
It is always hard leaving the kids! You were so smart to go into nursing though. That's good that you have a flexible job!
Oh my goodness! He's growing up so fast. Look at all that hair. Ohhhh I miss him.
